    Great working environment if you understand the demands of the hospitality industry.
    The good thingsThe other floor staff are lovely, and help create a great working environment for the long hours you work with one another.
    The challengesVery hard to get time off. Have to ‘request’ leave, which at times can be denied, even as a casual.
