    Fast paced, challenging and rewarding!
    The good thingsMy introduction and welcome to the business has been fantastic. In my opinion, this is a business that is rapidly improving its culture, processes, systems, and is open to new ideas that change the way we operate. The people are supportive and are all on the same page.
    The challengesThe food services industry is fast moving and highly competitive. Anyone entering any business in this industry should be prepared to be challenged to bring their best self and have a positive impact on the business. If you are looking for an 'easy' job, this industry is not for you!

    Very bad as I felt unsafe and ignored every single day
    The good thingsSome nice coworkers and the safety officer
    The challenges- Low pay rate for full timers - Extremely unsafe workplace as the equipments are too old and rusty and the mangers and supervisors just try to save money - No actual parking for workers and you have to park on the verge

    The challengesGoing to work for a low wage. Going to work with lazy coworkers. Superior is reactive and not proactive. Not a good workplace, needs a total restructure. Trucks also don’t have uhf radios. Very dangerous when it was a dedicated coal mines run truck

    If there was more deliveries and less warehouse work job would have been good
    The good thingsEarly starts, early finishes. Even tho I was there very briefly found the people on the ground were good
    The challengesManagement and not having enough work to go around. Started the job and felt they just hired people for the sake of hiring people to justify their budgets. Had to basically cover afternoon shifts work as there wasn't enough deliveries eg leave at 6am and back at 10am most days. Felt I didn't get enough stimulus

    Good work experience but company requires improvement from the top down to remember workers along with customers make the company.

    The good thingsNothing. This job has made me so depressed it aint even funny anymore.
    The challengesEverything, ask for a pay rise. Dont get it. Ask for help. Dont get it. there are some amazing people there but the higher up are just in it for themselves in the end.

    The good thingsSome people in the warehouse who know how things should be done and go above and beyond their pay grade.
    The challengesOne word. Management. If it doesn’t effect their work/profits then it’s not important enough and can wait until it becomes a disaster.

    i became extremely miserable here and would not recommend anyone apply or work here.
