    Having 37 years experience in the industry in many roles across 3 of the Big 4"" insurers, it is refreshing to be a part of an organisation that doesn't get tied up in the "Corporate red tape". It is an agile organisation that listens to its employees and customers and, that little difference, means that you can get things done and you can make a difference.
    The good thingsFlexible work from home-office opportunity. Good working environment - very friendly with communication and interactions encouraged. No egos just friendly down to earth people wanting to do their best. Management recognise and appreciate their employees. Being a part of a relatively new venture is exciting and the opportunity to contribute to its success is really rewarding.
    The challengesGetting staff on board to continue and contribute to that ongoing success is a challenge but a good one to have and anyone looking for an opportunity to be a part of this exciting business should jump in - you wont regret it!
