    The challengesIt is a big organisation and depending on your role the learning curb can be steep. While people are generally open to change, it can be slow to achieve at times.

    The best people, team culture, management, and leadership.
    The good thingsPossibly ranks among the best places in Australia vis-à-vis working culture, management, leadership, etc. I got all kinds of opportunities here. People are celebrated and cerebrated. Your colleagues from all cross functional teams will guide you, mentor you, and help you with their experience.
    The challengesManagement had the tendency to protect its newer staff from failure (which is a good thing) so your initial work load is lighter.

    The good thingsWorking with the staff are so friendly and they gladly help you with anything you need. Most of the centers gardens have been updated to bring more opportunities for the children to play.
    The challengesSome of the children will be challenging (behaviour) but everyone works in a team so its not so stressful.

    The challengesPerception of the general public that all council workers are bludgers or on the take is difficult to deal with. Public seems to think the council can fix all their woes and expects them to be the conciliator of their neighbourhood disputes.
