    The good thingsSwainson Apartments has a supportive team culture, with clear communication and collaborative work practices that make day-to-day tasks easier and more enjoyable. Management is approachable, and training is provided to help staff grow in their roles.
    The challengesThe role can be quite fast-paced during peak seasons, which can lead to high stress if staffing is short or if there are back-to-back guest turnovers.

    The good thingsWhat I like most about Swainson is the strong teamwork. Everyone supports each other to make sure guest have the best experience. It also feels rewarding sharing successes, like positive reviews and repeat bookings, as a team.
    The challengesSometimes guests can be a bit demanding, but it just comes with the job.

    I have enjoyed my time here & many more years to come.
    The good thingsThe environment is a great place to work in. The schedule start and finish times suit me. You get to see great views of the city & beaches. You will meet different people from all over the world & maybe make new friends. Great boss.

    The challengesTime management. Sometimes, stressful timetable as we work usually between 10-3pm to accomodate the check in time. But overall okay.
