The fast-paced airport environment kept things exciting, and meeting people from all backgrounds made each day interesting and rewarding.
The challengesCommunication from management was poor, making tasks frustrating and unclear. Pay was low for the workload, and staff areas were often dirty with no proper place to rest or eat between flights. Strict rules and constant pressure left no room for balance or support. After leaving, I realized there’s nothing I miss about it, apart from learning what kind of workplace culture I don’t want again
