    Highlight of my career - I would say this place has made my career and sent me on a path that I only see growing even more.
    The good thingsAbove industry salaries, fantastic and fun work culture, lots of perks, exciting projects and work, flexible work conditions, high performing team and the chance to really own and bring your projects to life.
    The challengesExtremely fast paced environment. Be ready for curve-balls (but this just adds to the excitement and satisfaction!)

    Truly out of this world employee experience!
    The good thingsMy experience at Swyftx has been second to none. They practice what they preach; they value employee sentiment and employee engagement. They are consistently working on themselves as a company to better themselves. They are making strides in the world of fintech for company offerings - their work perks and employee benefits are top tier. They value employee input, they promote diversity, inclusion and career progression. The visibility of senior leadership is amazing, and the transparency and honesty around business strategy is refreshing.
    The challengesThe only thing I have found difficult is not wanting to leave their amazing HQ to go home, ever! The fully stocked kitchen and in house masseuse makes it hard to leave the office.

    Fun, Challenging with Rewarding
    The good thingsThe culture at Swyftx is hard to beat! P&C hold lots of events throughout the year and there are many social events to be able to talk to people from all areas of the business. The onboarding process was seamless with lots of checkins and team lunches and opportunities to meet everyone without feeling overwhelmed or left in the dark. Our opinions are valued here and team leads take note of our ideas and thoughts and put them into practice wherever possible. Salary is high and there is ample opportunity to scale up - you're compensated well for great work! Teams work together to achieve goals and success is celebrated by all.
    The challenges-It's a fast paced environment which could be challenging for some people -Moving from start-up to scale-up means processes are still being put together

    The good thingsSwyftx has the most welcoming culture I've seen, from talking about a position to your two week check in. You are welcomed and treated like an equal instantly. There's many social events to be able to talk to people from all areas of the business. Once you start, you realise its a place people want to be and enjoy coming into work. You have so many short term and long term benefits with great career progression. It's something you have to see to believe.
    The challengesThe challenges would be if you're not used to a fast pace environment, it could be an adjustment. However, there's many tools and resources available if you're having a hard time.

    The good thingsSwyftx puts the health and happiness of their employees first. You're given the tools and support to do your best work and they really understand what a good company culture is and champion it. They have a great parental leave policy and lots of perks such as a weekly visit from a massage therapist, tennis lessons, quarterly bonuses and a fully stocked kitchen.
    The challengesIts very fast paced, so you need to thrive in that type of environment but many people see this as a good thing. We're agile and you dont get caught up or held back by lengthy approval processes or red tape.

    Swyftx is evolving from a startup to scale-up. They aren't afraid of change and will take on ideas to improve processes and their product.
    The good things- Swyftx is a young and dynamic scale-up aiming to take over the crypto market. - Swyftx has attracted a great community with it's product - Swyftx is a small company, so everyone has the ability to make a massive impact on how the company operates - Team members are amazing to work with, everyone is collaborative and works together to achieve results. - The C-Level is open to change across all aspect of the business to allow people to take ownership and deliver great outcomes

    The good thingsSwyftx has met and far exceeded my expectations. When I started looking for a new job, I expected to have to trade off work life balance for a good salary. Stress for growth opportunities. I haven't had to make any such trade offs at Swyftx. Swyftx is filled with super friendly and competent people who are excited about the future of the company and product and are always willing to help. They place a lot of value on employee growth. All developers have regular catch up's with Jared (our friendly Engineering Manager) to ensure we're happy and making progress towards our personal goals. They mean it when they say they want people to love coming in to work, and I think they achieve that goal pretty effectively. Activities like tennis on Monday and PT on Tuesday, Ping Pong any day, Friday afternoon drinks, end of month activities (Oche augmented reality darts bar last month), a kitchen constantly filled with goodies and a brilliant team make it a fantastic place to work. Also, as someone passionately interested in entrepreneurship and becoming a great developer, being privy to conversations about technical and business best practices as Swyftx continues to grow at rocket speed feels invaluable.

    Eleven, out of ten.
    The good thingsNever been much of a 9 to 5 person but this job rarely feels that way. Days go by quick and you will never find yourself watching the clock. Has that definite start-up vibe and things are growing very quickly so always something to do. The work life balance is fantastic and management goes well out of their way to add value to the workplace here, with clear daylight between anywhere else I have worked in the past.
    The challengesIs a fast paced industry with things changing all the time, so be prepared to hit the ground running. Also means your professional development will definitely be fast-tracked regardless of your role.

    The good thingsThe culture fit and values are extremely important to Swyftx and this helps bring in the right people. The CEO is always implementing new initiatives to keep employees engaged and creating and even better working environment; such as PT sessions, Tennis training and who can forget free doughnut days! The more you bring to the business, the even better a fit this business is for you and the more you can develop from a professional point of view.
    The challengesI would say the biggest issue would simply be around how much the team has grown in such a short period of time. With Swyftx's flexible working arrangements I am currently working to positions and recuritment can be 100mph at some times!

    The good thingsHaving worked in customer relations roles in the past, Swyftx goes above and beyond to ensure you are well equipped and supported to take on any challenges. It really feels like your a valued member of the team, and there is continuous support and training provided. A breathe of fresh air, in an exciting and fast growing industry in Australia. There's good coffee too - And regular team based outings and activities!

    The good things* Good to work with and learn from - as a junior the learning environment matters greatly to me, and the team has been really supportive and helpful * Strong culture - Friday drinks and games, some outside of work events, good atmosphere in the office * Flexible working arrangements - working from home is acceptable and not stigmatised, especially to help with non-work commitments

We regular bond over weekly PT sessions, board games, Friday arvo outdoor activities and an endless supply of caffeine, food and drinks. As a startup, there is always opportunity for career progression. The team is rapidly growing and the roles are hands on! You'll gain skills and experience that could not compare with a larger/mature company.
    The challengesBecause it's a startup, it's extremely fast paced and sometimes you are left to resolve difficult tasks with little assistance. However, this is a great way to problem solve and learn new skills.
