Team culture is great, but the role suffers from inadequate compensation and organisational clarity.
The good thingsThe new facility provided a much cleaner and more pleasant working environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, which made for a positive team atmosphere.
The challengesDespite the upgraded facility, the work hours were shifted earlier without any formal contract updates or additional compensation for the loss of penalty rates, which felt unfair given the increased demands. There’s limited opportunity for growth, with many senior-level responsibilities falling outside the scope of current job description. The pay was not competitive and didn't reflect the workload expected. Disorganised management led to confusion, adding unnecessary stress to an already demanding role.

Amazing People. However management lacks organisational structure and guidance
The good thingsThe company’s greatest strength lies in its people. The team is exceptionally friendly, fostering a positive and welcoming environment. It’s genuinely rewarding to collaborate with such committed and supportive colleagues.
The challengesHowever, the role is challenged by a workload that is not fairly matched by the compensation, along with a lack of clear organizational structure, which can hinder overall effectiveness.

While the colleagues are a major asset, the role is hampered by a workload that isn't adequately compensated and an lack of organisational clarity.
The good thingsThis company has a fantastic foundation in its people. The team members are incredibly friendly, which creates a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. It's truly a pleasure to work with such dedicated colleagues.
The challengesThe pay is not competitive and doesn't match the amount of work expected. You will consistently do more major tasks than what was outlined in the job description to act as a "back up". Furthermore, management is not very organised, which created confusion and added to the already heavy workload.

Good people, fun environment but hard work when things are busy.
The good thingsEveryone is very friendly and has a good work ethic. Several people are willing to help you and are very encouraging.
The challengesThe workload can be quite a lot at times and the business is not a typical style of business so what can be seen as a simple change is not normally the case.

The good thingsWorking at an international icon, close to the city. Waterfront location with the ability to buy seafood at very competitive prices.
The challengesWorking in a location that has exceeded operational capacity. Though with a bright future ahead for the location, it all may change.
