A business that comes with a positive work environment, where you are supported and valued!
The good thingsSymal's culture alone reflects their core values and conveys that they value and are invested in their employees. This starts with the senior leadership team, where everyone is treated with respect and equality. Symal provide a healthy work-life balance, they have incentives for wellness, such as mental health and birthday leave days as an added bonus. The business often highlights the importance of maintaining a healthy and fulfilling life, both inside and outside of work. Symal take the time to recognise and reward individuals and project achievements. I believe Symal is a workplace where you can feel fulfilled, motivated, and proud to be a part of.
The challengesUnfortunately, with the nature of the construction industry does come the challenges of the location of works. This is not a controllable outcome for the business when tendering and securing projects.

In conclusion, Symal's commitment to excellence, coupled with their supportive and nurturing environment, makes it an organization where employees can truly flourish. If you have the opportunity to work for Symal, I highly recommend seizing it.
The good thingsI have had the privilege of working for Symal, and I must say that it has been a truly remarkable experience. Symal stands out as an employer that consistently demonstrates qualities that are both impactful and dependable. Being thousands of miles away from home, working with the Symal family, I have always felt closer to home. When it comes to dependability, Symal excels in every way. From the moment I joined the company, I have been impressed by their corporate culture, professionalism, reliability, and consistency. Additionally, the company's commitment to open and transparent communication fosters a strong sense of trust among team members, enabling everyone to work together seamlessly.
The challengesWith delivering multi-million dollar projects, Symal's environment is fast paced, however, it presents exciting opportunities for personal growth and skill development.
