    Most positive, school thats changed for good.
    The good thingsThe school has had a great turn around. The culture has a good positive vibe, low turnover of staff. Management are approachable and encouraging. We also have a real coffee machine!

    Don't get in the way of ambitious management.
    The good thingsInteracting with the students and working with them to build a plan for their future. Finding other options when school wasn't the fit they needed. Feeling like I had contributed something positive to the lives of young people.
    The challengesManagement who valued their appearance on paper more than the desires/abilities of the students. No follow-up with students post-college to offer support and to provide valuable statistics regarding the success or failure of enforced university entry.

    The good thingsStudents want an environment in which learning occurs.
    The challengesVery toxic work environment. High staff turnover, and unprofessional environment where you are either engaging in gossip or being gossiped about.

    The challengesA lot of internal politics and gossiping amongst staff. A lot of great teachers who are not promoted or recognised because they are not in the clique
