    The good thingsIn my position I have to innovate for my org. Chances of gathering knowledge and experience by learning while doing is very high. Makes me more mature with facts and files of this industry.
    The challengesSee I need to work in a cross cultural situation, needs, tastes and behaviour of people are different which really EC excites me to take challenges and helps me innovate.
