Culture is based on people, the new culture is toxic
The good thingsWhat used to be good is gone
The challengesToxicity and people are in for themselves only. Gossip land. New management is not people based. The very fabric of the bank has changed. Not a pleasant experience.

Once an organization I was proud to work for, however the new IT Leadership has lost its way.
The good thingsThe longer-term leaders in the organization really value the human side of the business.
The challengesA small bank pretending to be one of the Big 4 leading to unwieldy processes and expectations without the necessary resources or budget.

Once a great place to work at but could not handle the stress and toxic workplace it’s now become. Would be good to have it all turned around as it seems they are constantly understaffed and trying to find new replacements.
The good thingsRostered day off a month and decent salary (base only)
The challengesInexperienced managers (new management), micromanagers, low morale, little to no room for opportunity in career development, understaffing issue and therefore high pressure environment and unreasonable expectations

2.5 years of great work and great people. 99% turn over in my department is proof enough of a toxic change in management.
The good thingsThere was a great team here full of supportive and giving people
The challengesAll the staff left after the culture changed drastically with a new executive. The workplace become toxic and insular.

Good place to work if you are not ambitious and don't want to work too hard.
The good thingsGood work/life balance, on-site parking, convenient location of you live in inner west or western Sydney. Nice people.
The challengesSmaller organisation (400 people) so lack of career pathways. Organisation lacks ambition. Entrenched management structure. Staff stuck in old ways of thinking. Frustrating for people who want to change things.
