More money than I got in my old job and I get to take bikes home.
The good thingsHave told mates to work here cause it's fun working round bikes.
The challengesMaybe that you have to work on a Saturday but you get another day off in the week so it's still only 5 days.

It's a good company to work for cause they look after you.
The good thingsIf you love bikes, you have a dream job. Staff get discounts on buying bikes, new jackets and helmets ... everything.
The challengesLots to learn when you're not used to sales but they give you the training so you know what to do. I started working for them in QLD and they helped me get a sales license that you need up there. When I wanted to move to Sydney, they found me a job so that I could stay with the company.

Great place to work! Great pay! Life long friendships!
The good thingsCommission is an extra reward when you work hard. I really love being able to work somewhere that involves my passion.
The challengesCan't think of any. Even the customers are great, and they become friends that you go riding with.

High paced, High reward, High satisfaction. Great place to work.
The good thingsDon't need experience as quality training is provided. Very structured with processes and procedures that really increase the chance of success. Many different roles available and a lot of support to ensure you're not in the dark. If you like motorcycles it's a perfect place to work. The people that work at Teammoto are friendly, happy people.
The challengesFast paced at times. Extremely busy at times. If you like being busy, it's the place for you.

Worst experience I have ever had in my working career and extensive history in the motorcycle industry, I would strongly suggest centrelink instead of taking employment here.
The good thingsClose to home, staff members at store level were great but unfortunately treated like garbage
The challengesManagement has no idea what they are doing and will take your ideas of how to fix the place as their own but implement them terribly. Bonuses are also a fallacy

They know what they are doing. Every day is rewarding in one way or another. Cant change the past but you can help mould the future.
The good thingsThe company is huge, as a result there are lots of well tested processes in place that all stores can adapt to. There is also a big network of support as a result. Everyone is involved in the riding community. First dibs on new products.
The challengesSome people find it hard coming into a company with lots of processes but it works. Sometimes hard to find the right staff as the trade seems unique from the outside. Its not about only what you know about bikes, its about how much you like them and how well you can adapt and learn, and how much you know about helping operate a businesss.

    Is there a better job?
The good thingsThere is plenty of good things. The opportunities are entirely up to you, the harder you work, the more is open to you. The chance to work in an industry that is all about passion is awesome and the people whether they are staff or the customers make all the hard work worthwhile.
The challengesThere is plenty of challenges in a day to day basis, but this is what makes it so fun, overcoming and progressing

My experience working for Teammoto has been nothing but positive. I hope to be here for a while.
The good thingsThe best part about working at Teammoto is that you are never limited to what you can do. There is constant opportunity to improve your skill set and progress into higher roles within the company. If you are willing to learn, there is always someone willing to teach.
The challengesFor some people working on a Saturday can be a challenge but if you are a Monday to Friday person, there are many roles other than sales positions available.
