    Horrible experience that has ruined the Mahindra name.
    The good thingsOffice layout and facilities.
    The challengesJib description didn't fit the job. Found out on the day what the role was and who I was working for. Pay cuts when you go to the bathroom in the call centre settings. Public holidays not paid. Upper management in Melbourne don't even acknowledge the team. We were the first Brisbane office and they didn't even introduce themselves. Lack of company pride. You get not communication from the company or any ID.

    Overworked, underpaid and always on the clock to the minute like a lab-rat.
    The good thingsManagement are top tier - merely because they know reps are being overworked in unrealistic conditions.
    The challengesOverworked, underpaid like a modern day dystopian lab-rat. It's all about STATS & KPIs which creates an unrealistic job expectation. People that work here longer than a year all look like life was drained out of them. It's not an Australian company, so you will be worked to the bone to please your indian overlords. Use this job as a stepping stone and then explore more favorable working conditions. The turn over rate at this job is actually scary. I could write an essay on how terrible company is.
