I worked whole-heartedly for an year to find out that no one actually cares during end of the year performance reviews. Took a step back and moved out. The good thingscasual/stress free, all work is done closer to the tournament/s and the rest of the year is pretty relaxed :)
Go there if you need to have some relaxed 9-5 work.
Brand name on your resume would be identified.
Free tickets to almost 5 matches(initial ones before quarter finals)
Lots of freebeez that are left over from tournaments every year.
Location is great, closer to city but away from the crowds and pollution.
I would love to go back there when I am closer to retirement from work just to have a relaxed 9-5 office. Now you know what I mean.. lolol.
The challengesDo not go there if you are career focused, no progression ever.
HR literally runs the company.
Team work does not exist or they dont know what that is!
People made redundant almost every year which means, no resource planning.
Not for profit, so salaries are below market averages (So, you are assured to find jobs outside that pays 20K plus in salaries).
