    Enjoyed working here for the people not how I was treated.Management need to lift their game. Treating staff like naughty children and do as I say not as I do mentality.
    The good thingsGreat Location. Discounts off Insurance and Health Insurance. Social club.
    The challengesManagement. Good Managers know how to motivate and lift people. I think they need some management training.

    Great Territory company to work for
    The good thingsTIO is a great social and all inclusive place to work. A lot of importance is placed on employee engagement, work life balance and reward and recognition. TIO has been a Territory company for 36 years and is loved by Territorians. Even though TIO was recently purchased by Allianz much of the culture in TIO remains the same.
    The challengesBought by Allianz in Jan 2015, TIO is going through a period of adjustment to some new practices and procedures and changes to office structure and software. But the great company culture still remains the same.
