This Employer Never Keeps Staff Past 3 Months... It’s a PatternThe good thingsThe customers were extremely kind and patient when the shop got busy.
The retail staff were kind and easy to make friends with.
Short hours.
The challenges5 hour period and working 3 different roles.
Was reprimanded if work was not completed, such as stock control, while I was the only person on the floor doing retail assistance, answering phones, helping customers with post office work.
Boss got upset with me about EXPIRED stock that was on the shelf, when I was employed long after the stock became expired (meaning the previous person in my position should've done that long before I got employed).
Provided ZERO training, only handed me a guidebook (made by staff NOT the boss) and expected me to learn on the fly during work and even out of work hours (was not paid if I were to train outside of work hours).
