Management have unrealistic goals and are not always very organised.
The good thingsMost of the people there are genuine, nice people.
The challengesHave to basically build your own Territory and drive a couple of thousand KMs a week in a squeaky old van....Yay.

Loved it and hated it at the same time.
The good thingsThe people in Head Office
The challengesThe amount of work you're expected to do with no gratitude is beyond belief. Most roles are enough work for 2 people but management doesn't believe it. Both physically and mentally challenging and exhausting. The reps are basically overgrown children who complain until they get their way. Always thrown under the bus as soon as someone gets the chance. Scorned if you're in the office and don't say goodmorning.

Challenging and well rewarded for doing the best job you can do.
The good thingsI like the fact that our team leaders are always a phone call away to help you if you have any problems. And by working a few hrs a day if gives me a good work / home balance.
The challengesIf you reach your targets you are rewarded so it's a good challenge to try and achieve this every month.

    Equally rewarding and frustrating.
The good thingsGreat people. Pretty easy going.
The challengesEarning potential seems limited. Bringing the company into the 21st century way of thinking can be frustrating sometimes. Training is non existant and needed desperately for the sales team to have a fighting chance.
