    Wonderful customers and colleagues. Arrogant and officious management.
    The good thingsClose-knit community, with a high standard of living in the area, and caring and committed personnel.
    The challengesToo many middle managers justifying their existence. Drowning in a sea of procedures and red tape. Management doesn't care about the opinions of on-the-ground staff.
