Great perks, low pay, no career progression. The good thingsGreat offices, lots of perks, great exposure to blue chip clients, lovely admin team (really sticks together in the main), some exposure to cutting edge projects, travel opportunities, enthusiastic associates keep the mood light and my pod in particular (very cohesive group).
The challengesVery little career development for administrators, low pay, monotonous work, luck of the drawn with what your managers are like, low EQ managers, a lot of egos (not always legitimately) and the company culture sees no value in administrative excellence.
