Great perks, low pay, no career progression.
The good thingsGreat offices, lots of perks, great exposure to blue chip clients, lovely admin team (really sticks together in the main), some exposure to cutting edge projects, travel opportunities, enthusiastic associates keep the mood light and my pod in particular (very cohesive group).
The challengesVery little career development for administrators, low pay, monotonous work, luck of the drawn with what your managers are like, low EQ managers, a lot of egos (not always legitimately) and the company culture sees no value in administrative excellence.

    Hard to leave
The good thingsA great place to work, the people are amazing and down to earth. Cool little perks (and some big perks), recognition has really increased and learning opportunities are above and beyond.
The challengesDemanding environment so not for everyone but if you love being constantly challenged it will work for you.

Good place to start your career
The good thingsDynamic company, nice offices and work locations, good perks, flexible working options. Average salary.
The challengesNot a lot of career progression opportunities at management level on Operations side of business. Regional hub strategy requires international relocation to progress in management/senior management operations roles. Good place to start your career but limited growth opportunities at middle to upper levels.

A great place to work, amazing offices. Really a great place to develop fundamental skills for my career thereafter.
The good thingsthe office, the people were driven, the events and the trips away!
The challengesThe management was poor in the operations space - most people struggled with that. The pace was fast which suits an organised person - I loved that!
