    Worst work experience ever.
    The good thingsNothing. The experience was abysmal.
    The challengesWas made to feel unwanted by the floor staff. Management ignored my concerns about the aforementioned when i spoke up. Supervisor insisted on us working sometimes 3+ hours of overtime almost every shift without notice. Clock was sometimes removed from the floor so we could't see what the time was. All in all, the worst experience i have ever had.

    Awful management. Meet workmates that has transitioned into friendship outside of work.
    The good thingsWas working in a line that was newly set up so had the chance to work with people that started with me ground up. Camaraderie and team work was good.
    The challengesManagement was disorganzied and chaotic. They put supervisors on the floor who do not have training with handling people and no clear job responsibilities. They think bossing and shouting at people and reporting them to higher management is their main responsibility and not helping achieve the task and production goal as a team. Quite awful and toxic really.

    It’d be ok if you were full time but being casual there is just awful.
