    Its a simple job that gives the employees an easy salary and makes them feel like a part of the community.
    The good thingsIts a simple job that allows you to get out of the house for a while. The management of the company is great and the community is overly supportive and thankful for your effort.
    The challengesDue to its simplicity, the salary is low as well as there is very little to no chance of moving up due to the company's internal construct (its a newspaper company, you can't exactly be promoted).
