    The most unhealthy and dysfunctional workplace I've encountered
    The good things2 or 3 people you'll meet in the company are friendly.
    The challengesThe culture is very circa 1600-mid 1900’s in terms of diversity, equality, technology, communication, professionalism and safety. Rife with politics. Very change resistant. Extremely toxic environment. The company has grown at a pace that all leaders at across the whole business levels are not capable of supporting. Many people with current business skills come and go due to lack of support, clear and consistent direction, and just over all difficulty in dealing with lacking standards.

    The challengesManagement have no strategic direction, they're just frantically putting out fires every 30 seconds They show no real care for any of their employees Wages are average They're stuck in the 70s in about every way possible
