    The good thingsA learning curve, involved management team in setting/ organising things for social media presentation.
    The challengesUnsupportive, not clear communication, high turn over of staff/ people within leadership roles, no career progression support.

    Wouldn’t do it again.
    The good thingsThe friends I made and the flexibility in swapping shifts if needed.
    The challengesThe management don’t help out when it’s needed, everyone works for themselves and it’s never about team work. Events are always compulsory but no incentive is made.
