    TIH is an excellent organisation and the early learning programs there are very professional.
    The good thingsTIH is a wonderful workplace for educators, especially for educators who just finish their degrees and wanna gain some working experience as there are a lot of professional teachers with abundant experience who can guide new educators to be professional.
    The challengesTIH is a big organisation and there are so many staff. So sometimes it not well organised.

    Great people great long life connections
    The good thingsThis organisation is an integrated service, you get to work collaboratively with social workers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, other teachers and educators. All bring their own understandings on early childhood. I loved the teamwork at this service
