    The best school in Sydney.
The good thingsExcellent facilities and resources, outstanding remuneration, free food every day (recess and lunch), plenty of opportunities for professional development and growth, dedicated, supportive and welcoming staff, open and inviting culture and community, and respectful and down to earth students.
The challengesCo-curricular responsibilities, but this has recently been disentangled, so staff can opt in or out of co-curricular.

It was a great working experience until 2017, after which the place spiralled down quickly owing to poor management which affected the morale and culture of the workplace and wider community.
The good thingsWorking with the students who are keen, as well as the professional teaching colleagues was always pleasing.
The challengesTrying to keep positive when the executive expectations were extreme, contradictory, and hypocritical.

I found the black whole for creativity and it is named The King's School.
The good thingsThe school is very relaxed with their employes and people stay at King's for many years.
The challengesThere are too many bosses and not enough people to do the work. Enovative work is not welcomed.

Fun and relaxing . feels like the cooperate world ..... But teaching and learning needs to move forward.
The good thingsPerks of the place. Look after staff. Pay is great. Facilities are up to date. Students are fantastic and self motivated. Great pastoral team. Principal will support teachers..
The challengesNo new learning. Quite traditional in their learning styles. Male dominated school. Doesn't seem to be a lot of opportunity for growth. Sport on the weekend could take up all your Saturday due to travel and supervision.
