Only left because I moved away. Great for anyone who want to move up in Hospitality roles.
The good thingsIt is a team environment. All departments come together to get things done. Managers are friendly and will get in to help teams.
The challengesUnderstaffed. Apparently hard to fill rolls but having a culture that makes everyone help with this.

Loved the kitchen staff made it worth working there but because other “teams” could work all together and communicate it became difficult.
The good thingsClose knit lovely group to work with in the kitchen. Nice view during break.
The challengesChallenges include a divide between upper management and the kitchen team. Long hours with little rest.
