    No work-life balance
    The good thingsThe employees on the floor doing the hard work are wonderful people with great attitudes despite the challenging work environment.
    The challengesA horribly stressful work environment that is always understaffed, Long hours in production, don't get all your breaks and working overtime every day. Not paid enough for the effort.

    My experience ruined my mental health.

    The challengesManagement. Lack of support from management, micromanaging staff and you felt like you weren’t trusted, no matter how hard you worked.

    Terrible management
    The good thingsThe pharmacists and employees are great people and do their best in the environment to look after people.
    The challengesThe management do not care about people and will treat you like a number. They deliberately overwork employees to save themselves money no matter the physical or mental strain it causes. The absolute worst management I have ever experienced that makes people feel depressed to work for them.
