    Northern Rivers management do not trust the team and make it hard to ever enjoy being at work.
    The good thingsField team were usually good to work with. Very varied role.
    The challengesManagement very hard to work with - Short fuses, make promises they can't keep to get people into the job, restrict access to training or growth, do not trust staff with anything. Seem to actively make workers feel bad for performance rather than seeking solutions or assisting. Poorly resourced, cut corners, keep eagle eye on every movement of workers through GPS.
