    I loved the role, hours and team members however as a business they don’t respect or treat staff well and do not recognise how hard you work, you’re not listened too, and in my opinion at times picked on, pressured, and never supported. Leaving you deflated and feeling alienated.
    The good thingsThe people you work with and hours allow for a good work life balance.
    The challengesManagement have no idea what is going on and are completely disconnected from the operation being in an offsite office. Constantly being asked to cover shifts and breaks in different departments due to inadequate rostering and management trying to save on wages put extreme stress and pressure on staff across the business.

    The challengesWorking every 2nd weekend is hard to plan a personal life and you wouldnt want to get sick as you would let down your work colleagues due to staff numbers at each location
