    Small school community, terrific staff, wonderful neuro-diverse students.
    The good thingsIntroduction included a walk around the classrooms I would be working in and a tour of the schoolgrounds with directions to staffroom and toilets. Staff were all professional and appreciative of my efforts as I was getting to know the students and class routine.
    The challengesIt would be great to have a little time with teachers before class as it was tricky getting to know so many special needs in class time, however when I initiated meetings the staff were very willing to give time and prepare for the next time I would be working with them.
