    The facilities are great; it is maintained neat and clean at all times. Additionally, the on-boarding and training process was smooth. You won't be exposed in the field directly handling the client without the required general knowledge because TOA provides adequate trainings at the start of your employment.

    The challengesHonestly the only challenge for me is the required professional competency. The employees here are all competent and well-trained professionals as a product of TOA, and though it may be considered a challenge, it is also beneficial for career growth.
