    Unfortunately the company didn't live up to the promise of the working days and hours
    The good thingsFree coffee with staff in the morning before going out on deliveries
    The challengesSome customers not appreciate of good service i gave them and some cod customers not wanting to pay there bills and delaying my delivery schedule while warehouse manager gets approval from account department in Sydney for part or no payment until the following week

    Great place to work, especially for coffee lovers!
    The good thingsToby's Estate has a great office culture. The employee perks here are awesome. Although I was hired as a contractor initially, I still can enjoy a range of different benefits. My manager is a respectable person, and she offered me the mentorship that could give me life-long influence.
    The challengesThe position was too stable for me at that time.

    Opportunities are always there and lots of it. It is a matter of \"you\" wanting it and putting in the the effort to show it. Passionate team of people and certainly a diverse group of people who has different skills, knowledge and experience.

    The challengesIt's a challenge to find a reason for not wanting to work. Everyday is an epic day.
