    Had an absolute blast! (no pun intended)
    The good thingsmanagement are great! from shift bosses to the GM you can talk to everyone just as equal with no ego
    The challengesthe gear used to be old however most of the fleet is now new and changed from ANFO to emulsion. the only downside left is that its johnex gear not orica
