People don't leave a company, they leave management.
The good thingsWas a great place to work for many years before change of ownership & management. Still it remained a great environment until it again changed hands & management.
The challengesAfter the further change of ownership the company culture rapidly declined becoming a very toxic place to work. It stopped being exciting & happy to go to work. Management, total lack of any integrity & honesty both for staff & customers & absolutely no concern for the the "boots on the ground" who make a company great.

Toxic, under appreciated work environment.
The good thingsThe only good thing about this company was the people I worked with.
The challengesWould not recommend anyone to work here.
Unless you are personal friends with any of the management you are made to feel worthless, under appreciated and just another number, you get severely picked on as a young lady working there. Lots of very unhappy workers who are overworked.

The good thingsThe only good thing about this place was most of the people I worked with
The challengesVery toxic environment from the top of the company to all management, unless you were personal friends with any of these people you were made to feel worthless, under appreciated and just a number, would not recommend anyone to work here .
