A positive and welcoming company with a great culture and room to grow
The good thingsThe team culture is very supportive and friendly, and it genuinely feels more like working with friends than sitting in a typical office. As someone working in marketing, I enjoy having the freedom to be creative and share ideas, with management being approachable and open to input. There are good opportunities to learn, grow, and develop new skills, and the company maintains a positive, professional, and relaxed work environment.
The challengesLike any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can change, which can sometimes be challenging. As the business continues to expand, clearer processes and communication can help keep everything running smoothly. That said, the team is always willing to adapt and work together to improve.

A place where your work is noticed, you take real responsibility, & you can be proud of what you do.
The good thingsI’ve worked in a range of company sizes, and Torc Tight’s size is my favourite. Everyone’s contributions are noticed; it feels like you can make a genuine difference, and that gives me pride in what I do. With origins as a family-run business, that culture permeates through the entire team. It’s a growing company, and everyone is driven to take it to the next stage, which is inspiring.
The challengesAs with any growing company, there’s a high level of personal responsibility, and roles are often quite broad in scope. It’s not a role suited to someone who wants to coast. Because the business is focused on expansion, processes are regularly adjusted and scaled to support national growth, so it may not be ideal if you prefer things to stay the same. Management is also still learning alongside the rest of the team, which means it doesn’t yet have the corporate polish you might find in a larger organisation.
