    Don’t even bother - avoid at all costsManagement is horrid. No structure. Don’t bother bringing up legitimate issues - you’ll be ignored or met with endless false promises. They’ll onboard you expecting you to carry out your job as shown in your job description, but it won’t take long before you expect you to do the role of 3-4+ people because they refuse to hire the necessary amount of staff members for the ridiculous workload. Everyone that is working here is overworked and UNDERPAID! When I say underpaid, I mean by tens of thousands a year compared to their competitors. Don’t bother asking for a pay rise either, not going to happen. The school yard gossip between the ADULT women (and men) in the office is disgusting. Basically, if you want to completely destroy your mental health, apply for a job here!

    Not what I thought it would be, disappointing and would never recommend as a work place.
    The good thingsTechnicians and some team members are fantastic. Work hours are good.
    The challengesToxic environment, the office staff are the worse I’ve ever encountered. Out of touch management not understanding the difficulties of the current situation with minimal heads on the road. No proper training or guidance. If you’re in good with a few select people you will be looked after as it’s very clicky.

    Was a great place to work majority of time with genuinely good people
    The good thingsLots of great people whom want to help and support you. Friendly and team environment. Excellent training and product support. Professional! Diversity! Opportunities to advance your career or move into different roles and sometimes even different branches if you move. Safety, work place conditions and job security are genuine priority.
    The challengesSometimes having to work long hours and unable to use the company supplied vehicle if you need to do something on your way home after finish time.

    The good thingsGoing home. Some of the employee's are really great, friendly people.
    The challengesManagement. The place is a complete Circus, you would think Don Key Kong is the Ring Master. Hard working employee's are taken for granted and expected to carry the others, people quickly learn if you don't want to do something just do a poor job of it and it will be made some one else's problem. Nothing is done about those that want to do a little as possible, in fact they are almost enabled.
