    An exciting place to work as the school embarks on an innovative and future centred approach toward learning.
    The good thingsSupportive environment. Students are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and approachable. An innovative working environment.
    The challengesIT can be a challenge with projectors in the classroom sometimes not working effectively, however, this is being addressed by management.

    The good thingsStudents are friendly, polite and receptive to innovative teaching and learning. Staff are supportive of one another. Spacious grounds to work in.

    Tranby is a beautiful place of learning for all - students and staff - I would not consider working anywhere else.

    Very friendly staff who all support each other.
    The good thingsThe staff are very supportive of each other and work together as a community. The students are respectful and have good relationships with staff. A lovely environment to work in. With the recent appointment of a new Principal, the school has a new vision and is ready to personalise all students' learning.
    The challengesAs a relatively small to moderate school, there are sometimes the inevitable busy periods where you are rushed off your feet.

    The good thingsLots of innovation and a strong focus on students and learning. Future-focused leadership. New staff bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
    The challengesA competitive market. Some staff (including former staff) who resist change and want to go back to past practices.

    Appalling management, old and tired facilities, will do more harm to your career than good.
    The good thingsUnfortunately not a lot of good things left. Some really nice kids and staff.
    The challengesSoul destroying and will send your career backwards. Management is appalling, totally self-centred and very little if any support given to staff. Professional development non existent.
