    Good for a foot in the door, not for career development.
    The good thingsRes team are great. Tidy office and Plenty of car parks. Busy which makes the day go fast. Own tech department so I.T issues are sorted quickly. Great if you are starting out in the industry.
    The challengesHigher management and Marketing don't show interest in staff and don't accept any kind of suggestions. Don't come here if you are specialist in your field, your sales and selling experience is ignored, you are asked to follow a \"script or guidlines\" when selling your holidays. NO career progression, you are an order taker.

    Great place to start a travel career, but not a company to forge a career for yourself.
    The good thingsDirect managers are understanding and exceptionally caring. Great location if you live locally. Always flexible when it came to family commitments and holidays
    The challengesChallenges working here would be senior management - they do not have respect for staff nor do they value loyalty. Incentives are constantly changed to disadvantage you and despite being advised the position is salary plus commissions, it is really just the base with a small bonus each month if you are lucky.

    I enjoy the close proximity to my home and that I can easily drive to work each day but wish that I felt more like a valued employee from the boss.
    The good thingsClose to home. Res Manager is very understanding I love the team I work with These are the only reasons I would recommend a friend to work at Travel Online.
    The challengesI dont feel like the owner of the company has much compassion or care for staff. I feel undervalued.
