Do not work here. The worst management structure.
The good thingsSome great people to work with.
The challengesPoor management. Decisions are not made by your direct Line Manager but by the Executive and they make sudden decisions without consultation.

The good thingsReally good staff. Really good management. Good pay compared to other companies in the same industry. Good bonuses.
The challengesWorking in Workforce Australia can be difficult as you have many clients and only 15-30 minutes per fortnight with each one.

Good pay but you definitely deserve it!
The good thingsThe money, the benefits, the people (mostly), 9 day fortnight, location, community involvement, training provided.
The challengesThe clients - dealing on a daily basis with some quiet aggressive people. Support and Assistance from HR and Senior Mgmt.

Not a good balance between work and personal life - even with RDOs each fortnight.
The good thingsFortnightly RDOs, higher pay then most job active providers and bonuses are paid monthly.
The challengesManaging the caseload with no support from site manager, cluster manager, WFD coordinator, Business Liaison Team and Youth Mentor. On a regular basis WFD coordinator, Business Liaison Team and Youth Mentor would expect you as an Employment Adviser to do a lot of the work for them rather than them themselves taking responsibility for work. Staff often ganged up on other staff members, managers had favourites and made it clear about who it was.
