The values of this practice flow from the founding practitioner to all the staff. It truly is special!
The good thingsThe work environment is amazing! Management work really hard to engage like-minded people to the practice. Love the staff and the practitioners. Probably the biggest positive is the flexibility that is afforded team members. With young children, I have enjoyed structuring my work around my family. Oh, and the free vegetarian lunches every day are so good!
The challengesWorking with over 100 team members, there are always going to be some 'people' challenges, but generally they are minimal.

I'd go back and work there again if I could.
The good thingsThe people were so lovely, everyone really easy to work with. A great family practice culture where everyone's goal is to help. Loved the multidisciplinary approach. The free vegetarian lunches/kitchen snacks are a definite plus! Just loved working here but had to leave due to my partner relocating.
The challengesCan't really say there were any challenges other than deciding to move away and leaving Tyack. Management was easy to approach and take on board my suggestions. The reception team was lovely, they managed my diary well and the support staff was great too.

Tyack Health fuels my passion for helping others and my passion for health.
The good thingsThe work environment is supportive, flexible and collaborative. The team are all great to work with and the ethos of the practice is very caring, charitable and warm.
The challengesWith any large team there will always be different personalities and challenges. Mostly though people are happy to work together and management encourage this.

I've been as nice as I can so far, let's not push it.
The good thingsThe really great aspect of this place is the practitioners. They are all super friendly and are really easy to talk to. I made a lot of great friends during my time there and learned a lot about health from them. I'm feeling better than I ever have before.
The challengesInhouse staff get paid at Uni Student rates to do high level work and even if you save management money in other areas there is no reward or career progression. It was difficult to realise that this place holds no legacy for its founder for which everyone holds dear and works to their principals, but a greedy management team just renting rooms to practitioners.

Supportive, fun and patient centric healthcare facility
The good thingsIt's a multidisciplinary center with many practitioners very open to other disciplines, meaning you work quite closely with other fields to achieve the best outcome for the patient. Good facilities and atmosphere. Very relaxed. Reception team are wonderful.
The challengesThe distance from my house - its a bit of a drive. Selling individual rehab aids and changing stocks can be difficult- being a larger center with accounting requirements.
