The people and management were very understanding and easy to work with.

TYCO buys a lot of smaller companies to put under the TYCO banner, unfortunately they sell those and a lot of staff get let go at one time.

Tyco Fire through their manufacturing operation have an excellent product range .

The good things

There has been changes in Management and the company is going through a restructuring exercise due to the Acquisition by Johnson Control . There seem to be certain instability in the current management which is unable or restricted in setting the direction for the company until full restructuring has been completed and a new breed of management takes over.

The challenges

Lack of support from the head office in Melbourne . They want to drive the business however they are unwilling to provide the level of support for someone to success in the job role in the West.
