Double edged sword: rewarding for its flexibility, independence, and human connections, but challenging due to financial instability, stress, and the physical/emotional toll of gig work.
The good things1. Flexibility: I appreciate setting their own schedules, allowing me to balance work with personal life, family, or other commitments. 2. Meeting Diverse People: Interacting with passengers from various backgrounds often leads to interesting conversations and new perspectives. 3. Earning Potential
The challenges1. Unpredictable Earnings. 2. vehicle wear and Tear. 3. Passenger Misbehaviour. 4. Safety Risk. 5. No Benefits. 6. Rating Pressure. 7. Traffic And Parking. 8. Algorithm Dependency. 9. Rider Cancellations. 10. Regulatory Hassles.

the long hours, unpredictable earnings, and stress of the job made it an experience I didn't enjoy.
The good thingsFlexibility to choose my own hours and work when it suited me.
The challengesLong hours in the car, which sometimes led to fatigue and discomfort. Navigating through busy traffic or dealing with road closures made some rides stressful. The unpredictability of earnings and occasional negative feedback from passengers, despite offering good service.

It was very good experience. I earned lot of money from uber eats. Learned a lot of good things
The good thingsUber eats is an international company. I have received many benefits from it. Because As Uber Eats is a part-time company, I was able to study as well as work.
The challengesOf cource rainy season. Because food delivery will be delayed. Afraid of any damage to the food. When I give food to the customer, the response from them is what I feel is the challenger.

Could be great but Uber have no concern for the churn of driver's or what you earn after high expenses and decreasing income. GIG model needs fixing.
The good thingsThis WAS a great occupation, flexibility ble woking hours & interaction with passengers.
The challengesUber inability to rad the market competition, no fare increases over 2 years despite running cost increases, business downturn due to Covid, commissions too high at 25% and instead of incentivising existing drivers with lower commissions at off peak times, just keep hiring more UNSKILLED drivers.

Stay away if you want a job you can care about and are cared about at.
The good thingsYou can say you worked for Uber, looks good on a resume. Good benefits, cool office, overall very attractive image, lots of interesting people.
The challengesTerrible management, company doesn't care about its employees and definitely doesn't care about the drivers and delivery partners. The only thing that matters is the public image which it more less manages to keep at a higher score but the inside of the company is rotten.

I get to meet lots of lovely people in the comfort of my own car and have control of when I choose to work.
The good thingsFlexibility of work hours
The challengesTechnical glitches and limitations in information for job acceptance. Prefer suburb to suburb information prior to acceptance. Too many drivers (especially from out of the area) have reduced the earning ability significantly.
