    A great company to work for with very supportive management.
    The good thingsGreat values and culture. Variety of work and good structures in place. Flexibility and good work life balance. Career progression. Learning new things all the time and most importantly the management is very supportive and amazing colleagues.
    The challengesMy experience with previous companies had not been great, the biggest challenge was to accept that there are very good companies out there to work for.

    The good thingsThe culture we have here amongst all our colleagues. We're a tight-knit team who have a deep, strong passion for the environment, and do everything in our power to help each other out, receiving the best possible results. Being able to rely on our team members, the flexibility of work and the amazing management we have here. The best thing about working at UGC Group is the rewarding feeling when you've completed works, knowing that you've made a positive difference on the environment.

    The good thingsUGC Group is run by a solid and consistent leadership team who believe in investing heavily in their staff. Led by a young, innovative management team, there is constant movement, improvements and growth with all idea's & suggestion welcome. I enjoy being apart of team who are passionate and excited for the future and who respect one another and what each individual can bring to the table. UGC Group is a supportive, flexible and family friendly company who is large on diversity and nurturing their employee's, so in turn the clients and companies can see sound results. This is a workplace you want to get out of bed in the morning for!
