Very toxic environment and management is clueless about how to run a team. Finger pointing is rampant and wrong people within management just ruining everything

Previously a great place to work before 'transformation' and sale to CKI when the reigns were handed to Powercor
The good thingsWorked with a great bunch of people when I was there. Nice suburban location so no need to travel to the city.
The challengesAnything that involved meaningful employee reward, recognition, career progression, basically something that benefitted an employee was severely hard to come by.

If you can handle bureaucracy and inefficiency and re writing things 5 times to please all, then it's OK to work there I suppose.
The good thingsRelaxed work environment in the most part. Plenty of parking and shops across the road.
The challengesExtremely bureaucratic and slow to get things approved / completed. Very inefficient business processes. Old SEC in crowd rule and get the promos mainly.

The challengesHR are not supportive and are not interested in further developing their staff. Great values in place, however, no one lives and breathes them.
