    The good thingsThe front line staff- workshop, service and sales are a great bunch. Management is terrible!

    Extended hours, breaks are encouraged to NOT be taken.
    The good thingsSometimes they do a staff BBQ.
    The challengesThe management team don't seem to listen to staff members issues or find solutions to them. The environment is high stress with a high turnover of staff. Serverly under staffed.
