    The good thingsAble to work on some industry leading equipment. Left to do your job on your terms. Some excellent and knowledgeable technicians.
    The challengesLack of experience and high turnover in the office leads to poor decisions being made, often. Seeking positive change is a monumental task. Workshop is a mess.
