Terrible experience with this company.The good thingsSalary packaging. Majority of colleagues were pleasant and kind. The residents were a joy.
The challengesManagement in the facility were selfish, unprofessional and rude. They had a ‘clique’ and loved to gossip and talk down other staff members, including in front of others. I witnessed it many times. There is little support for staff, especially new staff. I felt forced to leave the company.
