Very Stressful workplaceThe good thingsNo thing to say good and only building is nice.
The challengesChallenges:
Manager changes frequently in one year's 3, which creates inconsistency in leadership and expectations. Minor issues are often documented and escalated to HR rather than being resolved through open discussion. There is also a perceived attitude from Relieve manager that makes communication difficult, and staff working in the field receive limited support. In many situations, incident reports are preferred instead of resolving issues verbally when residents are not affected. This creates a stressful work environment, particularly for RNs responsible for many residents during a shift, which can make medication rounds and clinical monitoring demanding.
There is limited communication with RN by management, while communication appears to occur more often with care staff. When concerns are raised, they are often attributed to staff shortages, and many shifts are covered by agency staff, which affect teamwork, & continuity of care & telephone is very bad never heard clear voice.
