    Great group of people to work with on day to day basis

    The challengesNo leadership. No accountability. Managers and above don’t interact with subordinates. Don’t reply to emails. Don’t accept responsibility. They leave interpreting their instructions difficult because they are vague and not forthcoming with critical information.
